Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Baadshah Box mobile application owned and operated by Baadshah Box. By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. User Eligibility
• Users must be at least 18 years old to book matches or make payments.
• Players under 18 must be registered by a guardian or team manager.

2. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through the app.
• Baadshah Box is not responsible for third-party venue issues.

3. Code of Conduct
• Players and teams must follow sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
• No abuse, violence, or misconduct will be tolerated on or off the field.
• Any damage to property or gear will be charged to the responsible team.

4. Service Changes & Cancellations
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule matches due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Users will be notified via the app or SMS/email for such changes.

5. Intellectual Property
• All content, branding, logos, and media used in the app are property of Baadshah Box and may not be reused or copied without permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer
• Baadshah Box is a facilitator between players and venues. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during matches.
• All players participate at their own risk.

7. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Disrupt the app or service functionality

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of [Insert applicable court/city].

🏏 Baadshah Box Ball Policy – 20-Over Matches

• Each team will be provided with 3 balls for a 20-over match.
• All 6 balls (3 per team) must be returned after the match.
• Teams are liable for the return of all issued balls at the end of the game.
